Position: VP & Head - Finance

Company: Leading MNC Fund House

Location: Mumbai

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Profile:

• Provide leadership in all strategic decisions with a focus to improve profitability and growth.

• Drive/support strategic initiatives

• Custodian of & Drive Integrity of Financial Statements.

• Finance Advisory - solution provider.

• Own auditor (internal & external) relationships.

• Influence allocation of resources to our most important opportunities.

• Continuously assess risk environment; create strong control environment.

• Accounting policies and standards - compliance & solutions.

• Routine cash management and working capital management.

• Compliance with respect to all tax matters

• Group reporting requirements on accounting returns and other periodic submissions.

• Contributing inputs and assisting in the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan

• Coordinating with external advisors and service providers, automation of financial process

• Adherence to legal and regulatory accounting requirements.

Specifications:

MBA Finance/CA with a 7-8+ years of post qualification experience

Experience in financial services space will be a huge advantage
