• Will Handle a team of Analysts & Sr Analysts.

• Finalizing of the Local GAAP Financial reports for entities as applicable.

• Needs to understand the Business and Structure of the Legal Entities assigned.

• Monitor the substantiation activity across all legal entities in the Company

• Analytical review of the documentation to assess the adequacy and accuracy of the supporting

• Follow-up with Controllers on gaps in the process or insufficient or inaccurate documentation

• Project work in relation to balance sheet accounts analysis of balances to ensure correct usage of chart of accounts

• Advising Controllers on correct usage re-class of prior inaccuracies

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong ability to communicate in English with all Regions.

• Self starter, problem solver and ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Strong analytical skills

• Strong organizational and summarization skills

• Knowledge about US GAAP would be desirable

• Should be a CA

• Must be able to work well and complete tasks under tight deadlines
