Position:

A leading Financial Group in the Middle East which looks at acquiring both majority and minority stakes in financial services companies across the world is looking for a Vice President, Business Development and Planning, based out of Dubai. The individual will work with the CEO of the Consumer Finance business to do the following: Environment Scanning, Valuation, Deal Structuring, Due Diligence, Fund Raising and Deal Closure along with the team.

The individual should ideally have around 5 years of experience with an MBA/CA and an understanding of the financial services business either directly or in an advisory capacity. The individual could have background in consumer banking, investment banking, and management consulting and have worked on M&A type transactions in the banking and financial services space.

The individual should be energetic, entrepreneurial in outlook and motivated towards doing deals. S/he must be highly numerate and able to work at a fast pace.

Compensation will not be an issue for the right candidate.
