Location: Gurgaon

They focus on high-impact growth opportunities in the telecommunications, flat panel display, environmental, life sciences and high-tech materials industries.

Purpose of Position: Strategy and Business Development for the organisation

Major Responsibilities

• To develop data-based, insightful market entry strategies for a variety of company businesses in India, in conjunction with the concerned divisions

• To lead teams that will be responsible for delivering such strategies

• To communicate and sell strategies to senior management within divisions and India

• In many cases, to work with business divisions to deploy the strategies that are developed

• To identify short term incremental sales/cost reduction opportunities for businesses in India

• To work in partnership with India-based sales teams to develop customer interaction plans, distributor incentives, and other tactical commercial initiatives

Required Skills and Education

• Technical undergraduate

• MBA or equivalent

• Fluency in English

• Experience working with US companies

• Experience in strategy development and strategy process management. Consulting experience a plus

• Experience in materials, Manufacturing industry, Telecom industries a plus
