Client Relationship Manager/Account Managers:-
Purpose of Position
Responsible for managing every aspect of the client relationship by building strong relationships, selling new products/services, staffing the projects, delivering a quality product, ensuring client satisfaction and running their business profitably.
Duties & Responsibilities
-
Manage the client relationship either a single or multiple small accounts
-
Manages entire client relationship including; building strong relationships with named clients, selling new products/services, staffing the projects, delivering a quality product, ensuring client satisfaction and running their accounts profitably.

Responsible for executing Profit & Loss statements by staffing, quality of engagement, non-billable components of projects, productivity and efficiency.
-
Responsible for Client Delivery by ensuring checks and balances, projects are completed on-time and on-budget while maintaining excellent quality. Provides directional guidance to reports.

Maintains relationships at CXO level by going out into the field and meeting business clients to understand client business needs, determines appropriate solutions and builds and implements account strategies.

Manages people by mentoring them and is responsible for hiring, firing, performance management & appraisal, training & development, etc.
Education & Certification
-
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or other relevant field
-
5+ years experience in sales/client support experience
-
5+ years experience in development, implementation or marketing
-
5+ years experience in project management
-
OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience Required
At least 10 years experience in the Consulting or Financial Industry preferred
