This is Shashi from Jyopa Connexions Bangalore. We have a critical requirement for President/VP Operations with one of the leading retail client in India.

Please find the job descriptions,

He will be the Profit Center Head for approx 150 - 180 stores in a geography and will be directly responsible for the business strategy, growth strategy and customer strategy for growing the business and will also be responsible for overseeing important business drivers like loss prevention, supply chain and product availability.

Each store is manned by 6 - 8 people depending on the store size and lines of business.

Besides he is supported by Commercial, HR and Manpower resources

Education : MBA from top 20 B-schools

Experience : 10 - 12 years for President/7 to 9 years for AVP.

Batch - 1992-1993 for President/1999- 2000 for AVP

Locations - Pan India
