Designation: Manager – OD & Talent Acquisition

Location: Gurgaon

Qualification : MBA (HR) preferably from reputed B-School.

Experience : 4-5 years of experience in Talent Management and Organization Development.

Job Description:

• Person will be responsible for Organization Development in the retail organisation.

• Responsible for Talent management and acquisition ,OD interventions, talent transformation and Leadership training & development.

• Will be facilitating the Development centers / competancy mapping in various units of the organisation.

• Will be designing and implementing new initiating OD programmes.

Desired Profile:

• MBA / PGDBM (HR) with experience of 4- 6 years of HR with at least 2-4 years of experience in OD and talent management.

• Should have experience in leadership training & development.

• Should have good interpersonal and presentation skills.
