Payscale: In the scale of Rs. 16400-40500 with Basic Pay of Rs. 16400/- p.m.(The total monthly emoluments will be approx. Rs. 27,500/-.)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Indian Citizen
- Age: as on 31.12.2009 not above 27 years (29 years for Post Graduates). Relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST
- Qualifications : Must possess any of the following qualification from recognized University/Institute with 60% marks (50% marks for SC/ST)

Application should be in the prescribed format neatly typed in English/Hindi and should be sent along with a Demand Draft for Rs.300/- drawn in favour of National Fertilizers Limited payable at State Bank of India, New Delhi to 'Chief General Manager ( HR), National Fertilizers Limited, A-11, Sector-24, NOIDA-201301.' (name, address and the discipline for which applying on the should be written on the reverse side of demand draft). Envelope in which the application is sent has to be superscired with 'M.T/ discipline + code'.
Note: Candidates who are appearing in their final examination and expecting declaration of
result by 31.8.2010 can also apply.
Selection Criteria:
Eligible candidates will be called for a written test. Candidates short-listed on the basis of their performance in the test will be called for interview.
