Opening in Strategic Planning

Immediate requirement for the following :-

Job Title : Strategic Planning ( Suitable hierarchical title may be given, Senior level position)

Company : A Garment Reatil Company

Qualification : High caliber MBA ( Finance ) / CA ( with good educational background )

Location : Delhi (Only Local Candidates need apply)

Experience : At least 5 years.

JD :

a) Strategic Business Planning : preparation and analysis of short term and long term Business Plans, linking the same to the financial results, company valuation and key performance indicators.

b) Decision support through strategic financial analysis, analyzing various business proposals.

c) Performance management and analysis, identifying KPIs, gaps and measures to enhance performance.

d) Process designing and re-engineering, risk management, business analysis, developing the IS/IT strategy for the organization.

e) Making presentations for Board meetings and top management meetings, presenting the data in the right shape and format to the top management.

Skills reqd :

a) Excellent understanding of strategic finance, company valuations, financial modeling etc.

b) High level of IT knowledge, knowledge of business processes.

c) Ability to make high quality presentations, proposals etc.

d) Excellent communication skills.

e) Sound business acumen and strategic bend of mind, proactive thinker.
