Competency Heads - Satyam

Satyam is looking for Competency Heads with the following requirement:

Competency Heads

Numbers: Two, One for Banking and the other for Insurance

Location (Chennai/Hyderabad)

• Responsible in creating a team focused on delivering product implementation and maintenance services using the banking and Insurance products from Sealife

• Responsible in creating new service offerings that can be taken to the market either directly by Satyam or with Sealife

• Results focused and should be able to take on a delivery number target which will be achieved by collaboratively working with different CFUs including Sealife SRU

• Responsible to work as an alliance partner and ensure that the team is upto date with the latest product updates from Sealife

• Responsible for profitability through effective loading and other cost levers resulting in lowered cost of delivery

• Responsible to provide pre-sales support to the CFUs

• Demonstrated abilities to lead large teams involved in implementation of competitive products such as Ifex, Themenos, Bancs etc.

• Demonstrated abilities to lead large competency groups and creating new service offerings from competitive products

• Collaborate & builds relationships with CFUs and other circles, ensure guidelines for collaboration

• Build Satyam Brand through thought leadership, representation & professional networking

• Understanding of commercials and contracts
