We are looking at a Brand Manager for our Marketing team. A small snapshot of the profile is appended below:
TITLE: BRAND MANAGER
Purpose of the Role
Responsible for total Brand Management of the Organization, handling Brand Ambassador, all Sales Promotion activities, handling corporate communication, Advertising Agency.
To facilitate on the process of various brand management aspects like liaising with creative agency, media servicing agency, new store launch etc.
Contet of the Role

Supports GM- marketing in all arenas of Brand Management.
Priorities
-
Building brands by continuously strategizing market epansion and penetration.
-
Responsible for developing media plan with GM- Marketing to achieve best ROI.
-
Increase the visibility of brand by various product promotions, event management & communication.
-
Involved in New product development, launches & re ¡V launches.
-
Assessment of the consumer mindset, competitive landscape and market conditions.
-
Developing an effective strategy to generate sales, increase market share and improve profits for the business.

Will be responsible for designing, innovating & implementing marketing strategies for the brands.

Identifying new opportunities and strategies the regular activities undertaken by the PR, advertising and media agencies on the brand.
Key Outputs

Managing the brand interface with all the stakeholders.

Coordination with the offline and online agency partners.

Understanding of consumer behaviour and applying relevant insights.
Relationships

Reports to GM- Marketing.
Manages

Eternal Agencies on materials, collaterals, communication materials etc.
Works with

Operations Team, Marketing and Merchandizing Team

Peers in other supplier companies.

Suppliers.
Qualifications Preferred
-
MBA/ PGDM from reputed institutions.
Skills and Knowledge

Ecellent Communication Skills

Ecellent Creative skills.

Ecellent Coordination skills with strong sense of closure.
Eperience
-
Minimum 2 years eperience in eclusive Brand Management and Product Management for atleast 2 years.

Overall 4-5 years of eperience with reputed FMCG companies.
Need To Be (Behaviours)

Smart, Confident, Aggressive.

Able to work with minimal supervision on key tasks outlined by the Dept. Head.
