Our client is a leading player in the telecom/entertainme nt industry. The client is looking at hiring candidates from premier Institutes only, ideally a batch of 2001/2002. The incumbent should have an exposure in Channel Sales Management.

Job Title : Branch Sales Manager - Chandigarh

Scope of operations: Greater Punjab (Punjab, HP, J&K)

Location : Chandigarh

Job Description: Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager - North

Deliverables:

• Setting of sales targets for his areas and zones

• Sales forecasting, sales promotion planning

• Developing plans to achieve sales

• Drive distribution expansion process, including van operations and distribution efficiencies

• Develop subordinates (ASMs, SEs) to improve their competencies (functional & managerial)

• Manage his Branch operations within the Opex budgeted by the company

• Liase with field service to ensure smooth operations.

• Demonstrate pro-active and high initiative behaviour to achieve business integrity goals.

• Provide timely and structured feedback - from trade/ customers/ competitive.
