Urgent Opening: Account Manager - MIT, Hyderabad for Wipro Infotech

The Account Manager for Managed IT Services will be responsible for handling multiple key Accounts in the Region. S/He will be responsible for :

• Presentations on Managed IT Services and ITSM based service support to clients.

• Understanding Customer's business requirements and conceptualizing solution mechanism to satisfy those requirements.

• Proper implementation and maintenance of Quality management systems (ISO) throughout the sales cycle.

• Customer satisfaction in the region for the assigned accounts.

• Achieve business plans - Managed IT Services

• Prepare, Review large proposals, sizing and costing for service delivery for Managed IT services.

• Managing the transition from the existing service provider to Wipro along with the transition management team

• Wherever required along with the process team, implement the ITSM practices like service desk, service support & service delivery processes.

• Regular reviews with the customers. Relationship, Account Management
