EPI, a ‘Mini Ratna’ Public Sector Enterprise under the aegis of Department of Heavy Industry with turnover of more than Rs. 1000 crores engaged in execution of wide range of multi-faceted projects on turnkey basis in Power, Steel, Industrial, Civil & Infrastructure sectors require suitable persons to be appointed on regular basis for the following posts:

Assistant Manager (Tech) (Civil, Mech, Elect. & Ins.)-Posts-18

  • Pay Scale: Rs. 16400 – 40500* (E-1 level) (2 years Post qualification working experience with min 1 year in next below grade in an organization of repute)
  • Age: Max 30 years as on 30.4.2010 (relaxable by 5 years for SC/STs and 3 years for OBC’s) and as per Govt. directives for ex-servicemen and physically handicapped.)
  • Qualification:
    BE / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg) or AMIE or equivalent in Civil / Mech / Elect. / Electronics / Instrumentation / Metallurgical (Minimum 55% marks / equivalent Grade in engineering) from recognized University / Institution.
    A. Civil: Execution of Projects involving RCC / Steel structures for infrastructural works / large civil / Irrigation / industrial / High rise building / Road and Highway Projects etc. Knowledge of design of steel structurals is desirable.
    B. Mechanical: Execution of Projects involving fabrication, installation, Testing and Commissioning of equipments for steel plants/material handling plants, water supply, pipe lines and process plants etc. Knowledge of design of mechanical equipments is desirable.
    C. Electrical: Execution including Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Projects having electrical equipments / control Systems / substation equipments and HV/LT Transmission lines, Industrial Projects, cabling, Illumination etc. Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers. Knowledge of design of electrical systems is desirable.
    D. Instrumentation: Execution including Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Projects having Pneumatic and Electronic type Instrumentation / Controls and Programmable Logic Controllers for process / metallurgical / material handling industries. Knowledge of Microprocessor based instruments, control systems, PLC is desirable.
  • Expereince: 2 years Post qualification working executive experience with min 1 year in next below grade in an organization of repute.

Assistant Manager (Fin)-Posts-4

  • Pay Scale: Rs. 16400 – 40500* (E-1 level) (2 years Post qualification working experience with min 1 year in next below grade in an organization of repute)
  • Age: Max 30 years as on 30.4.2010 (relaxable by 5 years for SC/STs and 3 years for OBC’s) and as per Govt. directives for ex-servicemen and physically handicapped.)
  • Qualification: CA / ICWA / MBA (Fin) (min. 55% marks in graduation / equivalent grade) from recognized University. Should have knowledge of accountancy / costing & cost control / budgeting / Banking / Accounting Standards, preparation & finalization of Annual accounts, Balance Sheet / income tax VAT / WCT, Service Tax and other tax matters. Experience in evaluation of DPRs / financial feasibility reports will be an added advantage.
  • Expereince: 2 years Post qualification working executive experience with min 1 year in next below grade in an organization of repute.

Assistant Manager (HR)-Posts-2

  • Pay Scale: Rs. 16400 – 40500* (E-1 level) (2 years Post qualification working experience with min 1 year in next below grade in an organization of repute)
  • Age: Max 30 years as on 30.4.2010 (relaxable by 5 years for SC/STs and 3 years for OBC’s) and as per Govt. directives for ex-servicemen and physically handicapped.)
  • Qualification: MBA or Two years Post Graduate Diploma in Pers. Mgmt / HR / MSW / Labour Laws etc. (min. 55% marks / equivalent Grade) from recognized University / Institute. Should have knowledge of Policy Formulation & Implementation, Manpower Planning, experience in Selection & Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Succession planning, Disciplinary Matters, Training of personnel, Wage & Salary administration, Welfare matters Establishment Matters including reservation policy. Settlement of labour disputes and liaison experience with statutory authorities will be an added advantage.
  • Expereince: 2 years Post qualification working executive experience with min 1 year in next below grade in an organization of repute.

Assistant Manager (Legal)-Posts-2

  • Pay Scale: Rs. 16400 – 40500* (E-1 level) (2 years Post qualification working experience with min 1 year in next below grade in an organization of repute)
  • Age: Max 30 years as on 30.4.2010 (relaxable by 5 years for SC/STs and 3 years for OBC’s) and as per Govt. directives for ex-servicemen and physically handicapped.)
  • Qualification: LLB / Post Graduate Qualification in Law (min. 55% marks/equivalent Grade) from recognized University / Institute. Applicant should have high skill in drafting and vetting and finalization of all kinds of legal pleadings and documents. Should have fair knowledge of contractual matters in respect of construction projects, dispute resolution, litigation, arbitration matters, service matters and labour laws, dealing with court cases and liaison / interaction with solicitors and counsels. Knowledge of PPP, JV MOUs/ documentation will be an added advantage.
  • Expereince: 2 years Post qualification working executive experience with min 1 year in next below grade in an organization of repute.

Assistant Manager (IT)-Posts-2

  • Pay Scale: Rs. 16400 – 40500* (E-1 level) (2 years Post qualification working experience with min 1 year in next below grade in an organization of repute)
  • Age: Max 30 years as on 30.4.2010 (relaxable by 5 years for SC/STs and 3 years for OBC’s) and as per Govt. directives for ex-servicemen and physically handicapped.)
  • Qualification: B.E. (Comp./IT) / MCA or its equivalent (min. 55% marks / equivalent Grade) from recognized University. Should be well conversant with ERP Implementation, Data Centre Management, Microsoft / Linux Platform including Network Management, Database Administration, IT Security and Server Management and providing technical support to front & back office staff.
  • Expereince: 2 years Post qualification working executive experience with min 1 year in next below grade in an organization of repute.

Assistant Manager (Business Development)-Posts-2

  • Pay Scale: Rs. 16400 – 40500* (E-1 level) (2 years Post qualification working experience with min 1 year in next below grade in an organization of repute)
  • Age: Max 30 years as on 30.4.2010 (relaxable by 5 years for SC/STs and 3 years for OBC’s) and as per Govt. directives for ex-servicemen and physically handicapped.)
  • Qualification: MBA or Two years Post Graduate Diploma (Minimum 55% marks / equivalent Grade) from recognized University / Institution. Experience in procurement of Contracts, International Marketing, Business Development in Infrastructure / Power Projects desirable.
  • Expereince: 2 years Post qualification working executive experience with min 1 year in next below grade in an organization of repute.

Asstt. Supervisor (Rajbhasha)

  • Pay Scale: Rs. 9200 – 21700* (S-1 level) (2 years Post qualification working experience with min 1 year in next below grade in an organization of repute)
  • Age: Max 28 years as on 30.4.2010 (relaxable by 5 years for SC/STs and 3 years for OBC’s) and as per Govt. directives for ex-servicemen and physically handicapped.)
  • Qualification: Master’s degree from a recognized University in Hindi with English as a subject in graduation. Shall be responsible for implementation of Govt. policies for Rajbhasha in addition to other administrative functions. Preference will be given to candidates having experience of translation of official / Contract documents.
    Expereince: 2 years Post qualification working experience with min 1 year in next below grade in an organization of repute.
