Entrance Test For Admission To MBA/PGDBM/MBA-LE

Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar was established in January 1997 for advancement of technical education & development. The University has under its affiliation 380 Engineering & Architect, Management & Hotel Management and Pharmacy colleges. Punjab as been one of the most prosperous state in India ever since Independence by way of green and white revolution, however, this achievement was washed over due to insufficient and affordable technical manpower and absence of innovative upgradation in technologies the industries of the State logged behind as compared to other States like Maharashtra, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.

To Address this issue of Te chnical Manpower shortage and to usher into a new era of Industrial Development comparable to International Standards, the Punjab Government constituted Punjab Technical University (PTU) in 1997. The University was entrusted with the responsibility of developing the new generation of technical manpower that can spearhead the industrial development of the State. Punjab Technical University has been formed to be the grooming ground for the future Engineers, Managers and Researches.

PTU is Conducting the Entrance Test on 25.09.2011 at Around 100 Locations Throughout India for students desirous of joining MBA/PGDBM/MBA-LE in September 2011 session. Desirous Students Must Complete the Following Online Registration Process Between 7th to 19th September 2011.

Eligibility :

• MBA/PGDBM: Graduation in Any Stream or Equivalent
• MBA-LE: Graduation in Any Stream with PG Diploma in Management From a Recognized.

Important Date:

• Last Date of Online Registration : 19th September, 2011
• Download of Admit Cards : 20th September onwards
• Date of Examinations :  25th September
• Declaration of Result :  5th October
