Assistant Manager (Mktg.)

• Number of Posts: 6
• Pay Scale: 20600-46500 (IDA)
• Qualification: Graduate from a recognized university with minimum 60 % marks in aggregate. Two years full time MBA/ MMS (Marketing/ Agri. Business)/ PGDBIM from a recognized university/ institute with minimum 60 % marks in aggregate.
• Experience: Should have minimum experience of one year in a reputed manufacturing/ trading organization drawing gross salary not less than Rs.20000 p.m. (Minimum one year experience should be after passing MBA/ MMS/ PGDBIM as on the date of this advertisement).
• Age: Age not exceeding 27 years as on 31st December 2010

Assistant Manager (HRD)

• Number of Posts: 1
• Pay Scale: 20600-46500 (IDA)
• Qualification: Graduate from a recognized university with minimum 60 % marks in aggregate and two years full time MBA/ MMS/ PGDBIM with HRD as major and Marketing as minor specialization or vice-versa with minimum 60 % marks in aggregate.
  OR
  Graduate from a recognized university with minimum 60 % marks in aggregate and two years full time MBA/ MMS/ PGDBIM with HRD as major or minor specialization with minimum 60 % marks in aggregate.
• Experience: Should have minimum experience of one year in HRD department/ section in a reputed manufacturing/trading organization drawing gross salary not less than Rs.20,000 p.m. (Minimum one year experience should be after passing MBA/ MMS/ PGDBIM as on the date of this advertisement).
• Age: Age not exceeding 27 years as on 31st December 2010

Assistant Manager (Legal)

• Number of Posts: 1
• Pay Scale: 20600-46500 (IDA)
• Qualification: Full time MBA/ MMS/ PGDBIM from a recognized university with minimum 60 % marks in aggregate with additional qualification of LLB (Full time from a recognized university).
• Experience: Should have minimum experience of one year in Legal department/ section in a reputed manufacturing/trading organization drawing gross salary not less than Rs.20,000 p.m. (Minimum one year experience should be after passing MBA/ MMS/ PGDBIM as on the date of this advertisement).
• Age: Age not exceeding 27 years as on 31st December 2010

Those who have passed two years full time MBA/MMS/PGDBIM in Mktg./ Agri. Business/ HR should submit documentary evidence, alongwith the application, from the Institute/ University that they have specialization in the relevant branch. Wherever grade points are awarded, a certificate of equivalent percentage of marks certified by the Institute/ University will have to be attached with the application.
