NCCF invites applications for the following posts:

General Managers

Pay Scale: Rs. 29500-55000 + allowances as admissible
Age: Max 50 years
Qualification:
MBA or PG Diploma in the concerned field with minimum 10 years’ experience in a Govt. organization, Public Sector Undertakings or National/State level Cooperative organization or Private Sector Enterprise of repute, of which minimum of 5 years’ experience as Head of the Department.  (Persons to be recruited in Administration & Personnel should have also a law degree and appropriate experience in dealing with Labour Laws.

General Manager (A/cs & Finance)

Pay Scale: Rs.29500-55000 + allowances as admissible
Age: Max 50 years
Qualification:
Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or MBA with specialization in finance with at least 10 years’ experience in a Govt. organization, Public Sector Undertakings or National/State level Cooperative organization or Private Sector Enterprise of repute, of which minimum 5 years’ experience should be as Head of the A/cs & Finance Division.

Manager (Foreign Trade)

Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100 + allowances as admissible
Age: Max 45 years
Qualification:
MBA or PG Diploma with specification in International Trade with minimum of 10 years’ relative experience in a Govt. organization, Public Sector Undertakings or National level Cooperative organization or Private Sector Enterprise of repute, of which minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior position.

Executive Trainee

Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800 + allowances as admissible
Age: Max 35 years
Qualification:
MBA/PG Diploma in the field of Administration & Personnel, Sales/Marketing or Chartered/Cost Accountants with 5 years’ experience in a cooperative organization/Public Sector Undertaking or reputed private organization in a middle level position.  Selected trainees may be placed in the pay scale of Rs.15600-39100 as Deputy Managers after successful completion of training of one year or any extended period.

Private Secretary

Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800 + allowances as admissible
Age: Max 35 years
Qualification:
Graduate with shorthand speed of 120 w.p.m. and typing speed of 60 w.p.m. with at least 5 years experience as Sr. Stenographer.  Should be capable of independent correspondence and adequate knowledge of working with computer (should be well conversant with latest version of MS office, e-mail and Internet operations).
