SNAP or Symbosis National Aptitude Test is conducted by symbiosis university for admission into more than 24 post graduate streams. The admission through this test is granted to many institutes which are either affiliated to SIEC Deemed University or approved by AICTE. Even if you clear the SNAP test, you admission is not confirmed as all the constituent colleges have their own selection procedure. Given below is the syllabus, examination pattern and sample paper which you can consult to get some idea about the examination.

Syllabus and examination pattern:
SNAP Test is an objective test.
Each question has 4 responses.
Each wrong answer attracts 25% negative marks.

4 sections are:
General English: Reading Comprehension, Verbal Reasoning, Verbal Ability
Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency
General Awareness: General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Business Scenario
Analytical & Logical Reasoning
Section 1, 2 and 3 have 40 questions each and the 4th section will have 60 questions, making it a total of 180 questions to be attempted in 180 minutes. The test pattern may vary year to year so don’t get panic if you see something new. Just hold your nerves and stick to the basics. Do well and all the best.
