The MBA (Entrepreneurship & Family Business) programme has been evolved to assist family owned business to understand the changing dynamics of competition as well as organizations, brought about by liberalization, privatization and globalization. This program will help you to respond successfully in meeting the unique managerial challenges associated with running your business.

Eligibility Criteria :

• Bachelor's Degree (10+2+3/4) full time in any discipline from recognized university (Minimum 50% in final year).
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Actual involvement in running of family business.
• Total commitment to self improvement.
• Those candidates who have cleared their graduation by doing a part-time course or through distance learning/ correspondence/ externally/ open school are not eligible to apply.

Selection Procedure:

The institute will assess the suitability of the student based on the information provided in the application form. There will be admission test and the student is expected to fill in a detailed form on the day of their interviews which will help the panel to understand his/her involvement and understanding of respective business. After submission of this form the applicant will have to go through a rigorous personal interview conducted by panel consisting of internal faculty and external members from the industry. In addition to entrance test & personal interview, there will be an assessment of business plan submitted by the student.

Registration Process:

Candidates have to register Online at http://oamslive.blueshiftindia.com & fill up the online registration form with complete details. After successful submission of online registration form candidates have to pay the registration fees of Rs. 1,650/- (non refundable) through any of the modes mentioned below:

(i) Cash at AXIS Bank:

Select the option of Payment through AXIS Bank by taking the print out of the Axis Challan from online registration form. This Challan is in 3 parts. Fill up the required details and pay Rs. 1650/- in cash at AXIS Bank branch in concerned city. The bank will return two parts of the stamped Challan. One of them is the receipt. Sign the stamped NMIMS copy of the Pay-in-slip and send it to Admission Department, SVKM’s , Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, V.L. Mehta Road, Vile Parle(W), Mumbai – 400 056.

(ii) Demand Draft:

Get a demand draft for Rs. 1650/- from any Nationalized Bank in favour of ‘SVKM’s NMIMS’ payable at Mumbai. Take a print of the ‘Payment Advice Form’, sign and send it along with the Demand Draft to Admission Department, SVKM’s , Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, V.L.Mehta Road, Vile Parle (W), Mumbai – 400 056.

(iii) Online Payment through Credit Card:

Candidates may pay, Rs. 1650/-, through either Master or Visa card online; the authentication of the payment details will be sent through an email confirmation.
